I’m a teenage girl, and have read the Twilight Series. I loved the Inheritance series, and LOVED the Mark of the Lion Series. I enjoy classics, historical fiction, and christian fiction…and suggestions?? Thanks!
What if a friend recommended a book to you, saying that it was a great action/adventure story, but when you checked it out at the library, the cover had the words christian fiction?
I just finished reading Preacher’s Kids by Keleigh Hadley and LOVED IT! (I love twin books) But her next book does not come out until March 2010! I neeeeeeeeeeeeed something else to read. It doesn’t have to be Christian but I prefer clean teen fiction. Thanksssssssss!
I read the Pilgrim’s Progress for children book. I liked the Christian allegory themes very well. I am planning to read the Pilgrim’s Progress translated into modern language adult version that I ordered. I also read Hannah Hurnard’s Hinds Feet on High Places and have ordered other books by Hannah Hurnard. I really have enjoyed these Christian allegory books. Can anyone recommend other books in this genre? I have also read C.S. Lewis’ and J.R.R. Tolkien’s books over the years and intend to reread them too. Thanks for your help with this and God bless.
will they be able to switch over and sucessfully sell regular fiction books if their good?
I don’t know the authors name but the book is about a young girl, Mary, that is raped by roman soldiers and becomes possessed by demons. Jesus make the girl well and she follows him on his travels. Does anyone recognize this book?
The title was somthing like Mary somthing. It is an adult book and I read it in 1995 or thereabouts. It was a paperback. It had a picture of a young woman on the cover.
I believe it was about Mary Magdalen
preferably, one that isn’t much longer than 200 pages…
guess i should mention that i’m in 10th grade…
I’m a Christian. I also love to write short fiction. Though I wouldn’t call my writing profane, I’m not so sure I can call it Christian fiction. What is the difference between Christian fiction and fiction written by a Christian person? Or does fiction written by a Christian person, make the fiction Christian fiction? (Whew!)
